||Abhishek Agarwal is the founder and CEO of Croudify. At Croudify he is responsible for Product Development, Biz Dev and Model development. Croudify is a ML & AI based startup that provides intelligence for online lending investments.
Abhishek has nearly 15 years of product and finance experience building his career at Montgomery Securities, Bank of America and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Abhishek was instrumental in building first comprehensive Operational Risk modeling and collection framework at Bank of America. He also played a key role in cleaning up the distressed RMBS portfolio from Countrywide and Merrill Lynch.
Abhishek holds an MBA from The Wharton School and is a CFA charter Holder. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager and has en engineering degree from IIT.
||Solon has deep experience in analytics and enterprise software innovation, specifically GRC, CRM and Security markets with startups and global firms alike in Europe, Silicon Valley and Canada. He believes artificial intelligence applications bridged with humans will augment our capacity to process more information and in turn positively change how we work today.
Before founding MindBridge Analytics, Solon was actively involved in helping the startup community through mentoring and sharing his experience on product management. This has been instrumental in the growth of many emerging startups.
Solon holds a Master in Management Science from France,and is a certified PMP. He is the co-founder of a Product Management Association, and the co-founder of two Product Hunt Communities.

||Jan is the Principal of Beranek Consulting Group, providing SOX, SOC1, SOC2, Internal Audit, BCP/DRP, Quality Control and Risk Management services, and FinTech/Marketplace Lending (P2P) consulting in the USA and China.
Previously, Jan was the Director of Operations Risk Management and Quality Assurance at Lending Club, the world’s largest online marketplace connecting borrowers and investors. He implemented a robust Quality Control function in Lending Club’s operations which supported dynamic growth, ensured consistency of internal processes and confirmed compliance with laws and regulations.

Ms. Brannon is a recognized expert in the area of forensic data analytics and use of advanced quantitative methods for compliance, fraud detection and prevention.

Martha oversees all aspect of operations, including loan origins and servicing, fraud strategy and execution, sales and operations training. She joined the company in 2009 and has held a variety of leadership roles during her tenure focused on building processes and systems for customer service, portfolio management, and loan servicing. She received a bachelor’s degree in disaster management from the American Military University and an MBA from Shenandoah University.|

Steve graduated from Webster University and received his M.B.A. in Finance. ||Necessity breeds ingenuity. As a student at the University of Memphis and a recent immigrant to the USA, Sankaet Pathak needed to open a bank account. He was surprised to learn that wasn’t an easy task. Even an online financial technology platform that considered itself a “simple” banking alternative was unable to open an account for him on the grounds of insufficient data/credit history.
Sankaet, completed a Master’s in computer engineering at the University of Memphis, where he previously majored in computer engineering, physics and mathematics. A scientist at heart, much of Pathak’s academic work was focused on physics and research related to the solar corona.

I have experience working with high dollar amount designer goods and fine jewelry, as well as cloud based financial services platforms. My goals have been to lower high fraud rates, reduce chargebacks, develop strategies to prevent fraud, as well as to create fraud business processes. He has significant experience working in a number of industries, including technology, financial services, government services, defense, health care, and agriculture. He also has experience handling cross-border cases.
Appointed by President Obama, Mr. Wagner served as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California from November 2009 through April 2016. In that position, he oversaw a team of 90 attorneys and handled many high-profile criminal and civil matters. During his tenure, he served for three years on Attorney General Eric Holder’s Advisory Committee, where he worked with DOJ leadership on developing national law enforcement policy. He also served as Co-Chair of the White Collar Crime Subcommittee.
